Eggs Portugal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
dash of salt (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer bread cubes, drained sausage and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
Pour over first layers.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
