Low-Fat French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes
    4 tsp. olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    pinch of oregano
Preparation
    Cut potatoes with or without peeling lengthwise into wedges. Brush lightly with oil.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
