Chicken Broccoli Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. chicken thighs or breasts
    1 small onion, cut into 1-inch sq.
    1 medium green or sweet red pepper, cut into 1-inch sq.
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook chicken in skillet until browned.
    Add onions and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce, heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Serve over rice.
