Chicken Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. heavy cream or milk
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Finely grind chicken breasts in food processor.
    Stir in 1 cup bread crumbs, cream, parsley, onions, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Shape into patties.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Dredge in bread crumbs.
    Heat oil and butter in skillet and cook burgers until done.
