Turkey Layered Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
4 to 6 c. cubed, cooked turkey
6 slices American cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar mushroom slices, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Layer cooked rice, turkey, cooked broccoli, cheese slices, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Stir together soup, mayonnaise and chicken broth.
Pour over layers in dish.
Top with onions.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
