Crabmeat-Shrimp Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
6 oz. seashell macaroni
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 small purple onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
8 oz. lump crabmeat, drained
Preparation

Boil, peel and devein shrimp; set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Drain.
Add next 6 ingredients.
Blend.
Combine mayonnaise, salad dressing, lemon juice and seasonings.
Add to macaroni mixture.
Stir in crabmeat and shrimp.
Chill.
Yields 7 servings.
