Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium oblong potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cut them in slices crosswise, about 1/4-inch apart, cutting within 1/4 or 1/2 of the bottom so that the potato remains whole. Place potatoes in melted butter pan. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle tops with more melted butter. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Add more melted butter.
Cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired.
