Reuben Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon)
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 c. corned beef, chopped
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and caraway seeds. Add corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut. Toss and blend well. Unroll dough; cut in half and roll out. Spoon 1/2
of filling into each dough and roll long ways in jelly roll style. Arrange rolls, seam side down. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
