Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box instant pistachio pudding and pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 large carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Empty Cool Whip into a bowl. Pour pudding mix over this and mix well. Add pineapple and blend, then fold in marshmallows and stir until all are blended. Add nuts. Chill or freeze. Cherries may be used to garnish.
