Homemade Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. extra rich milk
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    6 c. chopped peaches
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix peaches and 1 cup sugar.
    Combine the 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt; add eggs and blend well.
    Add milk and cook slowly until slightly thickened.
    Let cool.
    Add whipping cream, vanilla and sweetened peaches.
    Pour into freezer container and freeze. Yield:
    1 gallon.
