Aladdin Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. cake flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. softened butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preparation

Sift flour; add baking powder, salt and sugar.
Sift together 3 times.
Add butter.
Combine eggs, milk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring until all flour is dampened.
Add chocolate and blend.
Then beat vigorously for 1 minute.
Bake in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan in a moderate 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Frost.
