One-Pot Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. stew beef (boneless and extra lean)
    carrots, as many as you think you need
    potatoes, as many as you think you need
    1 large onion
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in crock-pot and cook on low while you are at work.
    Add any vegetables desired, even a can of mixed vegetables (cabbage, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, etc.).
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
