Apple Crumble Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
6 c. thinly sliced, peeled cooking apples
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and lemon peel. Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice and add sugar mixture; toss and coat.
Fill an unbaked pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate with mixture.
