Crunchy Double Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 c. cornflakes, crushed to 5 c.
    1/2 c. milk chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. peanut butter morsels
Preparation
    Stir together flour, salt, baking powder and soda; set aside. In large bowl, beat together sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
    Stir in dry ingredients mixing until thoroughly combined.
    Add 2 cups of crushed cornflakes, chocolate and peanut butter morsels.
    Drop by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls into remaining cereal coating dough completely.
    Place 2-inches apart on slightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool on wire rack before storing in airtight container.
    Yields 36 cookies; 1 cookie equals 140 calories.
