Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, peeled
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Mozzarella cheese or Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into thin slices.
    Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes in casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with crumbled bacon and bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes longer.
