Shortcut Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    4 chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.), skinned
    fresh Italian parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine soup, honey, mustard and onion powder.
    Arrange chicken, bone side up, on rack in broiler pan. Brush chicken with soup mixture.
    Broil 6-inches from heat for 30 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once and brushing often with soup mixture during cooking.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.

    Cook time:
    30 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
