Chicken Beaudine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cubed
    1/2 loaf bread, broken fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. onion, cut fine
Preparation
    Mix eggs and broth.
    Pour over bread and celery and mix.
    Add salt and onion.
    Mix.
    Add chicken.
    Pour into greased pan and bake slowly (300\u00b0) until well done.
    (Knife will come out clean.) Cut in squares and serve with gravy.
