Hot Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken giblets
    1 pkg. sausage roll (hot or mild)
    4 or 6 boiled eggs
    1 medium onion
    1/2 green sweet pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed; cool.
    Boil chicken giblets; chop in small pieces. Boil eggs.
    Fry sausage in small pieces.
    Chop onion, green pepper and boiled eggs.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Serve warm or cold.
