Rolled Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. boneless pork loin roast
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. bourbon
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except roast, together and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
    Place roast in a cooking bag along with the liquid mixture.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
