Indian Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 small onion
    1 can corned beef
Preparation
    Place shredded cabbage, corned beef and onion in 4-quart casserole.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Pour milk and butter over casserole.
    Cover with lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook 30 minutes more, or until brown and cabbage is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Use more moister if needed.
