Chicken Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled, deboned and skinned
    grated Longhorn cheese
    4 chopped green chilies or 8 oz. can
    corn tortillas
    chopped onions, sauteed until clear
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, layer ingredients starting with tortillas.
    I usually fry lightly in cooking oil to make them pliable.
    Layer chicken, cheese, onions and soup. Repeat.
    Final layer should be cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts and is bubbly.
