Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    4 c. chopped broccoli
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can condensed milk
    whole milk
    1/2 c. flour mixed with 1 c. water
Preparation
    In small bowl, cook onion in small amount of water; set aside. Cook broccoli (without salt) in water until tender.
    In large bowl (at least 3-quart), soften Velveeta in microwave.
    Add onion and water, condensed milk, slightly drained broccoli and enough whole milk to make about 2 1/2 quarts in bowl.
    Heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add flour and water mixture and cook until soup thickens.
