Ingredients

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites with dash of salt until stiff.
Gradually add sugar.
Mash cranberries with fork.
Whip the cream.
Add flavoring.
Fold all together.
Pour in dish.
Cover.
Put in freezer.
Take out of freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
