Casserole Of Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices lean bacon
    1 c. milk
    2 c. finely crumbled bread crumbs
    2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Fry bacon until lightly crisp.
    Break into bits.
    Mix bacon with milk and bread crumbs.
    Stir into corn with salt, chili powder, cheese and mushrooms.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until puffy and creamy soft. Garnish with additional crumbled bacon.
