Micro Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or 1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. iodized salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; form into loaf and put in microwave-proof baking dish.
    Cook on High 8 to 10 minutes, or 140\u00b0 on microwave thermometer or probe.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
    Serves 6.
