Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in baking pan.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with crackers and poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
