8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 C Sugar
1 C cold Sour Cream
1 C cold Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest, very finely grated
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blueberry Syrup (recipe follows)
Preparation

Chill a medium mixing bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer in the refrigerator. Prepare an ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
