Ingredients

1 c. cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend at high speed 1 minute, stopping to stir down once.
Bake on greased griddle, using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Makes 20 (4-inch) pancakes.
This also makes excellent waffles.
Waffles can be frozen.
Reheat in toaster.
