Bananas Flambe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. brandy or rum
Preparation
    Cut bananas in half lengthwise.
    Toss in lemon juice.
    Set aside.
    Combine sugar and margarine in a large skillet.
    Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar melts.
    Add bananas.
    Stir gently and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour brandy over banana mixture and ignite.
    Let flames die down and serve immediately.
    Yields 4 servings.
