Corn Stuffing Balls(A Crock-Pot Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped celery (with leaves)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine celery, onion, corn, water, pepper, thyme, stuffing mix and eggs.
    Shape into 7 or 8 balls.
    Place in slow cook pot.
    Pour butter over balls.
    Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours on low heat.
    Serve with broiled meats or roasts or use as extra dressing for chicken or turkey.
