Make A Meal - Make A Quesadilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large flour tortillas per person
    grated cheese
    light sour cream
    salsa
    diced onion
    vegeburger
    olives
    mushrooms
    peppers
Preparation
    Use 2 to 4 tablespoons of ingredients per person.
    Slice vegetables.
    Saute vegeburger with onion and garlic.
    Put 1 tortilla in a large frypan on medium heat.
    Add fillings of choice and put second tortilla on top.
    Turn when bottom tortilla is starting to brown.
    Serve with refried beans, corn and rice.
