Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend flour, shortening and salt.
    Cut in shortening until pieces are the size of small peas.
    Beat egg; mix with water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture and toss lightly with fork.
    Roll out onto floured board or wax paper.
    Makes 3 single crusts.
