Gramp'S Farm Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. King Arthur flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put bananas through potato ricer.
Add sugar, melted margarine and beaten eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda two or three times and add to mixture.
Mix well.
Bake in greased glass loaf dish one hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
