Wine Baked Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
1 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts, bone side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Arrange mushrooms around chicken.
Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
