Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box frozen broccoli, preferably in pieces
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil broccoli for 5 minutes; drain.
    Mix with soup, egg, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Season to taste.
    Put in an 8-inch square Pyrex dish.
    Combine melted butter and cornflakes; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Can be multiplied successfully.
