Southwest White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cilantro
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans
    Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken in oil and remove from pan.
    To pan, add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add broth and spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir in chicken and beans.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
