Steamed Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. whitefish or flounder
1/2 bottle soy sauce
1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
rice
Preparation

Steam fish for about 10 to 15 minutes or until flesh is flaky. Heat soy sauce on medium.
Heat until boiling.
Add chopped green onions and remove from heat immediately.
(Onions will sizzle.) Place fish on a platter and pour soy sauce mixture over fish. Serve over rice with choice of vegetable.
