World Famous Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. oats
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
1 medium onion
2 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in loaf pan.
Cover with tomato catsup.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven or until done.
