Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten
5 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. milk
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla together; add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
Roll out small portions of dough on lightly floured surface to 1/4-inch thickness.
Cut with cutters and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Makes 12 dozen.
