Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 C. corn oil
2 C. sugar
3 eggs
2 C. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
7 oz. coconut
1 - 8 3/4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. shredded carrots
1 C. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oil and sugar.
Add the eggs and beat well with an electric mixer.
