Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup
3 or 4 medium firm bananas, sliced thin
1 (12 oz.) container cool whip, thawed
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in pineapple, strawberries and banana. Fold in cool whip and walnuts. Pour into a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish. Cover and freeze 3 hours or longer. Let sit 30 minutes before serving.
