Corn Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix
    1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
    Beat eggs and add all other ingredients.
    Pour into buttered dish.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Very easy and great with stew or barbecues.
