Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add zucchini and mix. Sift in dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in lemon rind. Grease and flour two bread pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
