Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 onion, chopped up fine
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    corn meal and flour
Preparation
    Open the can of salmon and remove the bones.
    Add onion, egg, grated cheese, butter, milk and equal amounts of flour and corn meal to thicken the mixture so it will stick together.
    Put small amount of cooking oil in a skillet and spoon out patties and cook until golden brown.
