Nora'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bell pepper
    1 1/2 pods red pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 c. mild cheese
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 large onion
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
    Best if cooked in iron skillet.
