Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
Mix meal and flour, add milk and egg.
Then add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into a hot skillet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
