Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small jar peach or apricot preserves
1 small can crushed pineapple

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Take skin off chicken.
Put chicken in pan.
Pour mixture over it.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn oven off and let chicken stay in oven for 1/2 hour before serving.
