Dill Pickels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cucumbers
    dill weed
    1 small clove garlic
    1 hot pepper (optional)
    1/4 tsp. alumn to a qt. jar for crispness
    1 qt. water
    2 qt. vinegar
    1 c. plain salt
Preparation
    Wash cucumbers and pack in jars, add the next 4 ingredients. Combine water, vinegar and salt mixture. Bring to a boil. Pour over cucumbers. Seal. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
