Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yams, canned or freshly cooked, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. moist grated coconut
1 c. honey
marshmallows
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Be careful not to get too much juice from yams.
Cover top with marshmallows and bake at 325\u00b0 until marshmallows are brown, 35 to 45 minutes.
