Vegetables Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 medium carrots, cut into strips
    1 medium zucchini, shredded
    1 c. green beans (French-cut)
    1 (16 oz.) jar marinara sauce
    4 oz. shredded Longhorn cheese
    4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Place rice in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cook vegetables until tender-crisp; drain. Spoon over rice. Top with marinara sauce. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Combine cheeses. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes more to melt cheese.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
